What gets you hyped?

I love upbeat music with some edge. I love a good remix. You’ll definitely hear at least a few throwbacks in pretty much any genre. In my classes I want you to get lost in the music and feel uplifted and powerful—like you are ready to handle anything that comes your way.

What has fitness meant for you in your life?

For me, fitness is as much about mental health as it is about physical health. It’s how I relieve stress, lower anxiety and build confidence. I believe that the positive energy you build during a workout stays with you long afterward and impacts every area of your life.

What gets you hyped?

My main job at HYPE is making sure the bikes and equipment are all well-maintained and running smoothly, but you might see me at the front desk from time-to-time as well.

What keeps you dedicated to a healthy lifestyle?

Staying active and fit makes me feel good in general and gives me more energy. Plus, fitness keeps me young. I enjoy things like outdoor sports and travel, and I want to be in shape so I can do these things for a long time.

What gets you hyped?

A mix of EDM and future bass, with the occasional throwback, pop, or rock track to keep things interesting! I’m here to fire you up, help you let loose, and remind you that the spin room is a space where you can be unapologetically and uniquely yourself. I aim for you to leave every ride feeling stronger, more confident, and connected to the best version of you.

What's something people may be surprised to find out about you?

I train horses and compete in barrel racing. My horses keep me dedicated to a healthy lifestyle. I know I need to be fit and strong to ride racehorses at a competitive level!

What gets you hyped?

My classes are all about having fun and not taking ourselves too seriously. I plan on always providing a safe space where we can all mess up! Be prepared to hear music from any and all genres with a large focus on rock of all ages. Do not be surprised when you hear Cardi and Metallica in the same playlist!

What has fitness meant for you in your life?

I never was really into fitness until I had my second child. Feeling down about my body and wanting to get in shape I joined a group fitness class and the gym. It soon became a way to celebrate what my body was capable of. I have a long way to come on my body positive journey, but everyday fitness gets me one step closer to falling in love with myself. I dream of being a leader in the fitness community no matter my size and I truly believe I take a step closer to that goal every time I put on that mic!

What gets you hyped?

My classes are a little bit of everything! I enjoy country, pop, rock and punk. I really love a good mashup, remix and a hard beat drop. My goal is to ensure everyone feels welcome, has fun and leaves feeling proud of themselves.

What has fitness meant for you in your life?

Fitness has always been a big part of my life. I grew up competitive swimming and, as an adult, have always loved attending different workout classes. I want to show others that fitness can be a lot of fun and that being active can improve all areas of your life.

What gets you hyped?

I’m all about playfulness and positivity! My hope is that everyone who rides with me will experience a class that is inclusive, challenging, and above all, FUN. You can expect lots of current and throwback hits that you can’t help but sing along to. I can’t wait to see you on the bike! 

What keeps you dedicated to a healthy lifestyle?

I want to model physical and mental health, as well as self-love for my daughter. The community at HYPE is a place where I feel like I am constantly supported to become the best version of myself, and I hope to provide that same support to others in return. Investing in myself and being a part of this community has brought me so much joy and happiness in many aspects of my life.

What gets you hyped?

My music is a wild mish-mash of a bunch of different genres and styles. I mostly live in the pop world, but you will always find the odd country, dance, musical, folk and alternative song. Singing is an added bonus, and I try to make my rides my own personal Eras Tours with a little bit for everyone. I want you to leave my classes feeling like you did something, pushed a bit harder and enjoyed yourself.

What keeps you dedicated to a healthy lifestyle?

Fitness was something that was never an easy thing for me. I’m not a sporty person and gyms always intimidated me. Spinning came up after I started walking daily and began managing my anxieties better. It has become a type of therapy for me, and an outlet to continue to be extra and prove to myself that I can do hard things. It has allowed me to show up for myself and I hope that it does something for you also.

It’s the uplifting feeling that comes with every ride—the rush of positive energy, the unstoppable beat and the way we lift each other up with every push of the pedal. It’s that spark of connection, that surge of strength and the joy of watching each rider rise to new heights. Together, we climb, we conquer and we leave stronger than we started. Let’s ride.

What has fitness meant for you in your life?

It’s so much more than a workout. Fitness is my therapy, my sanctuary and my spark of joy. It’s where I find strength, resilience and community. It’s where I challenge my limits and celebrate every victory, big or small. It’s the one thing I choose that’s just for me, and in that choice, I find strength, confidence and a sense of purpose that carries me through everything else.

What gets you hyped?
Catchy tunes and throwbacks are my jam! My playlists are a little chaotic (in the best way) with everything from pop and alternative to country and classic rock. I want riders to feel energized and connected to the music while getting their sweat on!

What has fitness meant for you in your life?

Fitness has always been part of my world. I grew up playing team sports and fell in love with the community and the energy. For me, it’s all about showing up, cheering each other on and having an absolute blast while doing it!

I want to model a healthy lifestyle for my children and teach them the importance of joyful movement

My classes are a good balance between chill vibes and high energy songs. I love loud music with a good beat drop! You’ll find me searching on all platforms to add the latest hits on my playlist. I want every person to feel proud, confident and successful after each class.

What has fitness meant for you in your life?

Physical activity has always been part of my life and my hope is to help others find their own way of introducing regular physical activity into their lives. Fitness isn't about how often you workout, your running pace, or the weight you are lifting. Having a healthy, active lifestyle is about how it makes you feel. Numbers don't matter. When it's done in a fun way, your mind and body just crave it!
