Our Cocoon Aqua IR Hydration Pro is a full-body hydrating sauna that blends infrared light, radiant heat and vitamin-infused steam to deeply moisturize and nourish your skin.

What’s good.
Soft, supple skin.
Steam therapy infuses rich liquid vitamins into your skin. Blends of botanicals, powerful mineral extracts, and vitamins A , E and C will help you achieve results such as hydration, brightening and detoxification. The steam pod can also help with skin conditions such as eczema or psoriasis.
Muscle relaxation and stress relief.
Infrared heat works wonders on sore, tight muscles. Light, full-body vibrational massage not only increases circulation, but will also send you into a sweet state of relaxation.
Important things to know.

Our spin classes are fun and empowering—but they’re also pretty loud. We do not offer pod appointments while a class is running, however, you may still experience noise from a pre-class sound check or instructor practice.
You may also hear staff or other clients in the studio’s lobby area.
We have taken measures to soundproof to the pod rooms, but we can not guarantee a quiet environment.
We do provide complimentary ear plugs in the pod rooms. OR, we encourage you to bring your own ear buds or headphones.

We want every pod session to feel calm and comfortable—for you and the next guest. Before your steam or sauna pod session, please take a moment to review our quick etiquette guide.
Arrive on time so you can you enjoy your full session without being rushed and to ensure we can serve our next guest on time.
Come clean. No fresh spray tans, self-tanner or hair dye, please—they can stain the towels and the pods.
Please be mindful of personal hygiene (including wearing deodorant).
No audio out loud. Please use headphones if you’d like to listen to music, meditation or podcasts.
Hydrate before and after your session to support your wellness results.

So, how hot does this thing get? That’s up to you. You control the temperature in the pods. Our team will walk you through the best setting for you before your session.

You should experience the steam pod however you’re most comfortable! That could mean wearing shorts and a t-shirt, a swimsuit, underwear or a towel.

The steam pod is not recommended (or you may need your doctor’s consent) if you have any of the following conditions:
Heart or respiratory problems
High blood pressure
Kidney disorders
Nervous conditions (e.g. epilepsy)
Pregnancy
Open lesions
Pustules or cysts
Intoxication
Shellfish allergies
