The sauna pod can also help reduce anxiety and depression, and improve your sleep.

Reduced muscle pain and inflammation
Faster muscle recovery
Detoxification, including removing toxins, and reducing water retention and bloating
Increases your blood flow, which helps improve brain and heart health
Halotherapy.
Halotherapy is a fancy name for breathing in salty air, which is a really good thing.
The sauna pod comes with a Himalayan salt block, so you will absorb traces of salt minerals through your skin and respiratory system during your session, further promoting detoxification. This is especially beneficial if you are fighting a cold or respiratory infection.
Weight management.
The sauna pod can help with your weight management goals. It increases your metabolism so you will burn calories during and after your session.
Important things to know.

Our spin classes are fun and empowering—but they’re also pretty loud. We do not offer pod appointments while a class is running, however, you may still experience noise from a pre-class sound check or instructor practice.
You may also hear staff or other clients in the studio’s lobby area.
We have taken measures to soundproof to the pod rooms, but we can not guarantee a quiet environment.
We do provide complimentary ear plugs in the pod rooms. OR, we encourage you to bring your own ear buds or headphones.

We want every pod session to feel calm and comfortable—for you and the next guest. Before your steam or sauna pod session, please take a moment to review our quick etiquette guide.
Arrive on time so you can you enjoy your full session without being rushed and to ensure we can serve our next guest on time.
Come clean. No fresh spray tans, self-tanner or hair dye, please—they can stain the towels and the pods.
Please be mindful of personal hygiene (including wearing deodorant).
No audio out loud. Please use headphones if you’d like to listen to music, meditation or podcasts.
Hydrate before and after your session to support your wellness results.

So, how hot does this thing get? That’s up to you. Choose from four heat settings. Our team will walk you through the best setting for you before your session.

You should experience the sauna pod however you are most comfortable. You could wear light fitness clothing (like shorts and a tank), underwear or a towel.

The sauna pod is not recommended if you have any of the following conditions:
Epilepsy
Active cancer
Broken bones or slipped disc
Infections/contagious skin conditions; skin lesions; abrasions or areas of inflammation or persistent erythema
Intoxication
Pacemaker or defibrillator
Heat sensitivity or a fever
If you have the following conditions, please obtain your doctor’s consent before using the pod:
Pregnancy or lactating
Heart condition
Diabetes
Hemophilia or prone to bleeding
On medications including diuretics, barbiturates, anticholinergics or beta blockers
Implants (metal, breast, etc)
In poor health
